WHAT IS BRIT JAM?

Brit Jam is The British Iron Association's annual motorcycle show and swap meet.
It is held every year, on the third Sunday in August. Brit Jam is Connecticut's premier showcase to see a great collection of British Motorcycles, along with a lot of other brands of Motorcycles, who compete in the show.

Brit Jam is an "All Types/ All Brands" motorcycle show, where people from all over, bring, or ride their show quality motorcycles and compete for "Best in Category", "Best in Show" and Best of the Best" trophies. Each year hundreds of motorcycle collectors, builders and enthusiasts show off their best, oldest or most unusual motorcycles from among British, American, Japanese, Racers, Dirt track, and always a crowd favorite, a "Bitsa" category. (A "Bitsa" motorcycle is made from "bits and pieces" of lots of other motorcycles.)  Along with the show, there will be many swap shop vendors who will be selling lots of motorcycle related items and memorabilia. Brit Jam also has many retail vendors and  retail vendors are invited to participate in our Swap Meet /Flea Market for no fee.
The registration for vendors is free and space is available on a first come first served basis. (Vendors are requested to arrive as early as 7:30 am and no later than 9 am.) later than 9 am.)
[THE BRITISH IRON ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN VENDOR LOCATION BASED ON VENDOR CONTENT.]

The highlight of the Brit Jam, day long event, is our door prize give away!
Your $10.00 admission ticket gives participants a chance to win a well sorted out and operational British motorcycle!

(But, you must be present at the end of the day, to win it!)
This year, our 2021 Brit Jam Door Prize, Give-away Motorcycle, is a...

1977 Triumph - T140 - 750cc Bonneville.- (with only 6,050 miles)!

As with all great events The British Iron Association of Connecticut will be no different in making improvements to its Brit Jam event.
We are talking with Food Truck Vendors to participate in the 2021 event in order provide a greater variety of foods to the attendees during the return of Brit Jam for 2021.
Food Truck Vendors will provide a greater menu variety and it is our hope that their participation will be an improvement to the Brit Jam experience.

The British Iron Association of Connecticut is established with the idea of providing British motorcycle enthusiasts a forum to exchange information on all aspects of British motorcycling. Our goal is to improve access to British motorcycles, their parts and their accessories. We share tune-up, repair, technical and a lot of other British motorcycle and motorcycling related information. Our meetings provide the setting for organizing the activities and event planning, involving British motorcycles, throughout the year.
We strive to create a positive atmosphere for social exchange involving all aspects of British Motorcycling.
